Your statement seems pretty extreme considering many rapists actually use condoms.

On the opposite end of the spectrum you have the Sharia Law rape rule. If a victim comes forward, his/her story must be corroborated by four male witnesses. If the victim cannot produce those witnesses, s/he is charged with adultery, and if female occasionally stoned to death.
