I vote for "None Of The Above." Why can't that be on the ballot? If NOTA wins it's a clean slate, new election, and no repeat canidates allowed.

Yep, yep. I'm proposing a revolutionary way of voting—eliminates subpar candidates. Then you won't have to vote for "the lesser of two evils." ;)
