Friends, Americans, Countrymen, lend me your... eye. And, speaking of lending, how about them sub-prime mortgages O.o? How did Barney Frank escape responsibility for that one, wow. Today I randomly typed in 'individualism.com'. I knew it had to exist. And hey, it does.

I strongly believe that individualism is an important philosophy that is the only counter to world socialism. And the truth is, my friends, we are losing right now. We must discover how we can turn the tide.

Plato and his ideas, embodied and espoused by "The Republic" have seduced the world. What can we say to this? Perhaps socialism appeals to base human nature. I would love to write an Individualist version of 'The Republic' and publish that. Man, despite his nickname "the Rational Animal" is yet far from rational. We know one of the main tricks of liberalism is emotional manipulation over facts. Hasn't it been said about Obama that what's strikes you about his speeches is the impact not the substance?

We know the Left's 'liberalism' is a lie by its very name, we are the true 'liberals' as the etymology of the name suggests. No ideology attached to making entire civilizations wards of the State should have the word 'liberal' attached.

But instead they redefine the word. 'Liberal', meaning freedom, now means freedom from worry, freedom from cares, freedom... from responsibility! Oh what a twist that is, and seducing to the human mind. Some minds anyway.

I have been a political animal since I was 13 and with no signs of letting up. One of my main interests is the history and pedigree of philosophy. I want to know where liberalism and individualism came from, and know their historical underpinnings.

I also delve deeply into the root ideas underneath the philosophic conclusions. Politics on its face is often little more than espousing philosophic conclusions and hoping they strike a chord with the electorate. However, we have been failing in the teaching of individualism, and the Left has been gaining ground. This must change.

We must gain power and use it to advance our cause. We must defeat liberal ideas wherever they are found. We must expose the Left as intellectually bankrupt, believing an idea built of a philosophic house of cards. We must pull the rug out from under them. And there's no better place to do this than in the area of economics, where facts matter.

I look forward to many great discussions and exchanges in the near future with all of you. *bow*
