LOL.

I really like her, for no specific reason. One thing she said kind of scared me, though.

The thing about God tasking us with the war in Iraq.

That is a bit unsettling.

But that honesty is something that makes me trust her even more.

Honesty alone is not something that should elicit trust.

If you were raised in the middle east and your leaders "honestly" (according to their beliefs) told you that you would have 70 virgins if you blew yourself up, would you trust them because they were simply "honest" about their belief?

If I were to grow up in that environment, probably. Thankfully I was taught to think for myself and question everything.

There are many who agree with her and many who don't, so it's up to each voter to decide if that is a reason to vote for her even more, not vote for her or disregard it. At least we know where we stand. Where does Obama stand?
And what was on the tape of the L.A. Times?

Where does Obama stand?
I believe his opinion would be that God did not task us with Iraq.

A rare thing these days. You should not take this teaching for granted. Was this your parents teaching?

I am not sure what God he is praying to honestly.

If he does pray he probably prays to the 'god of state' or the state with a capital 's,' Sovereign. I don't know either, but he is welcome to pray to whatever deity he chooses.

Ya, wasn't it Jim Jones who, despite conventional wisdom, taught his congregation about the 'god of communism' and as their final act sent all their cash to Moscow :P People drinkin' the Obama coolaid...

WTB Separation of Charity and State. Economy and State too while we're at it.
